As a couple residing in different locations we had very limited time and energy too put in to looking for a house. With both of us residing in different locations I had fears that the house hunting process would be very difficult. However with Sarah the vast
differences in location created no difficulties at all. Through email and phone conversations, Sarah was able too narrow down what my partner and I were looking for even though we were not hundred percent sure what that was.

Sarah was courteous, thoughtful and most importantly for us patient. She guided us through the whole process with utter confidence. And when the day came for us to go house hunting, with Sarah’s help we were able to find the house of our dreams in a
day. From the time we decided to buy the house at 5pm Sarah stayed with us and guided us through the process until 10:00pmwhen the final offer was put through. With Sarah and her amazing team behind her they were able to expedite the process for us and make our dreams come true. Sarah also handled all the logistics of
paper work and finding us an amazing home inspector with ease.

This being our first house bought together, I am very pleased to say it has been one of the easiest process I have ever been through. After hearing so many horror stories about buying homes, Meghan and I are very thankfully for Sarah and the team she has working with her.

When I first decided to go house shopping it was really on a whim. I just wanted to go out and see a few places. I had only given a little thought the location and none of the other details. I was amazed at the information and helpful hints Sarah sent to help me refine and narrow down what I really want and what I need.
Though I am well versed in how the system for a mortgage works, through my job position. However, home buying was a very new experience for me. I don't know if it would have been as smooth without Sarah. No matter what hour I sent her an email, call or text she was always quick to respond.
She has been so great that she has now aided one of my friends in finding their dream home. I also have another two friends that are excited to get to work with her too.

Being one who has studied the selling, strategy, and negotiation process for a number of years, as well as having trained a number of sale people and sales teams I tend to notice the dynamics of selling scenarios with more attention than most. Yesterday, on the third pass in the negotiations we reached a point where the family was ready to throw in the towel and walk and could have done so easily. However, in spite of the negative and emotional reaction from all three of them, (even though a couple would not likely recognize it that way) you were still able to keep your eye on the possibility of a solution if you could just bring the two parties one step closer. And you were successful in getting them to that next step.

I met Sarah in March 2009 at an open house she was hosting. I explained that I was thinking it was time to buy a house, but I didn't really know what to do next as I was a first time homebuyer.
We shared lots of laughs and I always felt that she wanted me to find the "right" place, even though I couldn't tell her what that was.
I will always remember her line "Can you see yourself living here?" Well I finally found a place where I can see myself living thanks to Sarah!

Without Sarah's help I would have never been able to find a nice, comfortable place to live. Sarah was friendly, focused and extraordinarily helpful.
