Hi Sarah… Being one who has studied the selling, strategy, and negotiation process for a number of years, as well as having trained a number of sale people and sales teams I tend to notice the dynamics of selling scenarios with more attention than most. Yesterday, on the third pass in the negotiations we reached a point where the family was ready to throw in the towel and walk and could have done so easily. When Derek and I started looking for our first home we knew nothing. This "rave review" comes a little late, but when someone comes through for you the way Sarah did for my family, it has to be done. Derek and Melissa From the beginning of our process, to the very end (and it was a long process), Sarah always gave us her best and always demonstrated to us that she wanted what was best for us. As a couple residing in different locations we had very limited time and energy too put in to looking for a house. When I first decided to go house shopping it was really on a whim. I just wanted to go out and see a few places. I had only given a little thought the location and none of the other details.
