First off - THANK YOU!  Thank  you for your guidance and advice as we prepared our house for sale. Without your expertise we wouldn't have been able to sell as quickly as we did and for as much!! You made the whole processes stress free and almost fun.

Equally as daunting was the task we set you to find us a new home... but I shouldn't have worried. With the same grace and determination as before, you took my list of needs (a VERY specific neighbourhood, I needed to be in a house with enough room for a fitness studio as well as a separate garage for blooming home businesses, good schools nearby,  a big yard ~no cookie cutter subdivision house~ and it HAD to be a century home with character) and Sarah you quickly found me a home in our price range!  We didn't think we could do it, but here we are. Thank you Sarah. We will absolutely be recommending your services to all of our friends. 

Sarah's advice was (is) invaluable, and her patience, unlike mine, is endless. While I was nervous, Sarah was confident and professional. She made the purchasing process hassle free. Not only was her advice spot on, so were her referrrals. It took 3 years to find my place, and only 2 weeks to purchase it and close on what is now my first home.  I cannot thank Sarah enough for the time, effort and expertise she gave me as I went through this process.

When Derek and I started looking for our first home we knew nothing. We really thought that it would be a long and horrible experience; we’re performing arts people so house shopping and everything that goes with it was really out of our comfort zone.

This "rave review" comes a little late, but when someone comes through for you the way Sarah did for my family, it has to be done.
From the beginning of our process, to the very end (and it was a long process), Sarah always gave us her best and always demonstrated to us that she wanted what was best for us. She negotiated our sale beautifully and was always honest with us even when we didn't necessarily like the answers.
We have now been in our new house for 2 years and it has been great fit. Her vision, knowledge and positive attitude were intrumental in getting us here.
I don't think any other agent would have gone through all the ups and downs with such perseverence and professionalism that Sarah did.
When we finally found our house, Sarah went far and beyond the call of duty to get the deal to go through and make sure that we got the best deal we could. As a couple residing in different locations we had very limited time and energy too put in to looking for a house. With both of us residing in different locations I had fears that the house hunting process would be very difficult. However with Sarah the vast

When I first decided to go house shopping it was really on a whim. I just wanted to go out and see a few places. I had only given a little thought the location and none of the other details. I was amazed at the information and helpful hints Sarah sent to help me refine and narrow down what I really want and what I need.
Though I am well versed in how the system for a mortgage works, through my job position. However, home buying was a very new experience for me. I don't know if it would have been as smooth without Sarah. No matter what hour I sent her an email, call or text she was always quick to respond.

Hi Sarah…
Being one who has studied the selling, strategy, and negotiation process for a number of years, as well as having trained a number of sale people and sales teams I tend to notice the dynamics of selling scenarios with more attention than most. Yesterday, on the third pass in the negotiations we reached a point where the family was ready to throw in the towel and walk and could have done so easily. However, in spite of the negative and emotional reaction from all three of them, (even though a couple would not likely recognize it that way) you were still able to keep your eye on the possibility of a solution if you could just bring the two parties one step closer. And you were successful in getting them to that next step.
